The owner came to my home, we talked and agreed on a weekly charge for landscape maintenance. He said he would start the next Monday. He never showed up. Called the next day, the woman who answers the phone said she was terribly sorry, and that the owner would call me that evening after 5:30pm. He never called me. It's been over a week now. What's the deal with this? How about some common courtesy? Just tell me you can't do the work at my house! Really unprofessional and sincerely rude!
UPDATE: Within 10 minutes of me posting my review, Boyd responded to me on Yelp with a myriad of excuses of why he just could not give me the courtesy of calling me to say he couldn't do the job! Wow, you have time to immediately respond to my review but not enough time to call me and let me know you were not coming. That's hilarious!
